The Orthodox Christian faith is centred on Jesus Christ and lived through Scripture, prayer, the Divine Liturgy, the sacraments and the life of the Church.
Divine Liturgy
The Eucharistic worship at the heart of Orthodox parish life.
Holy Scripture
The Scriptures are proclaimed, prayed and lived within the worship and teaching of the Church.
Icons & Saints
Icons bear witness to the Incarnation and connect the faithful with the life and witness of the Saints.
Visiting for the first time
Visitors are welcome to attend services. If you are unfamiliar with Orthodox worship, you are welcome to observe, pray and ask the parish for guidance. Holy Communion is ordinarily received by Orthodox Christians who are properly prepared; visitors should speak with the priest if they have questions.
The Church year
Orthodox life follows a rhythm of feast days, fasting periods, Scripture, prayer and worship that draws the faithful more deeply into the life of Christ.
